Embers Night – A DirtyFilthy Dining Experience
Embers Night is our late-autumn supper event an immersive evening of food, drink, music, and atmosphere. Expect candlelight, fire, and bold flavours in a menu that celebrates end-of-life and locally rescued produce. Every dish is designed around what’s available, what’s beautiful, and what deserves a second chance, so the menu remains a mystery until the night itself.
